User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Follow facility rules, security procedures, and safety guidelines
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with your membership agreement
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
• Protect confidential information of other members and the company
• Use our facilities and equipment responsibly and report any damage
• Maintain appropriate business insurance as required

Membership and Access

Membership to Fastnetworkorium coworking spaces is subject to approval and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership at our discretion. Access to facilities is governed by the specific terms of your membership agreement and facility operating hours.

Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure guests comply with these Terms and facility rules. Security access cards and codes are personal and non-transferable.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in advance according to your membership plan. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

We accept various payment methods as specified in your membership agreement. Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific membership plan and applicable cancellation policies.

Intellectual Property

The Fastnetworkorium website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fastnetworkorium GmbH and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission. The Fastnetworkorium name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Fastnetworkorium GmbH.

Members retain ownership of their own intellectual property but grant us a limited license to use their company name and logo for promotional purposes related to our coworking community.

Privacy and Data Protection

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and remove all personal property from our facilities. Certain provisions of these Terms, including those related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Severability
